Nonna's Cucina Team

The Nonna’s Cucina team consists of individuals who have a strong passion for food, care, and service excellence. The result is a tight-knit, family-like group who are driven and work together towards achieving the Nonna’s Cucina mission. We strive to produce meals made with love and deliver food packed with nutrition and home cooked flavour for our clients.
To achieve this, Nonna’s Cucina has a team of dedicated staff members working vigorously everyday to ensure the best possible product for our clients. CEO Marco Staltari oversees the whole team and applies his knowledge of food and management skills to get the best out of each staff member. Marco is one of five chefs’ at Nonna’s Cucina and spent 18 years at Meals on Wheel, and has previous experience at The Mantra Hindmarsh Square and The Stamford Plaza amongst other reputable SA food organisations. Marco’s knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements is so valuable towards the good work we do at Nonna’s Cucina.
General manager Dario has been with us since 2020 and has a deep understanding of our mission and values. His extensive experience and commitment to our goals have significantly contributed to our success. Dario’s leadership ensures that our team remains aligned with our core principles while driving innovation and efficiency across the organisation. His dedication and strategic vision continue to be invaluable assets as we move forward.
Our kitchen team is made up of chefs, apprentices, and kitchen assistants. Nonna’s Cucina Executive Chef Stefan Dimasi leads this talented squad and is well regarded in the hospitality industry with over 18 years of experience in highly acclaimed South Australian restaurants. Stefan has experience in mass food production, a great relationship with local SA food suppliers, and is passionate about training apprentices and staff within the industry. 

Our office staff are constantly working to ensure our clients wishes are satisfied through dietary requirements and texture modification if needed. Keeping our workplace and food products safe and hazard free is a top priority for Nonna’s Cucina and our compliance officer takes great care of this by keeping our site up to date with Australian HACCP regulations.  

The Nonna’s Cucina team would not be complete without our amazing volunteers. Nonna’s Cucina has over 100 volunteers who make our team more of a family by helping prepare and deliver meals to our clients. Our organisation would not be possible without them, and we are forever grateful for their help.
