Yesterday it was an exciting day at Nonna’s Cucina! Our President, CEO, Operations Manager, and Patron had the pleasure of having lunch with the new Italian Consul in Adelaide, Ernesto Pianelli.
The lunch featured a lovely antipasto of prosciutto, burrata, and tomatoes with focaccia, followed by a delicious fish “cartoccio”. The lunch ended with some cannoli, sfogliatelle, and a shot of limoncello that everyone enjoyed.
This was a nice opportunity to strengthen Nonna’s Cucina connection with the Italian Community in South Australia and talk about the future of our organisation in this space.
