Nonna's Briscola World Cup 2022 - OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER EVENT OF THE YEAR

On Sunday, the 7th of August, Nonna’s Cucina hosted our Nonna’s Briscola World Cup after the success of the inaugural event last year. The event was held at San Giorgio La Molara, where over two hundred people attended to support our fundraiser and have some fun! Our executive chef Stefan Dimasi and his team put together an excellent showcase of food on the day: there were fresh zeppole made on site in Nonna Cucina’s new Food Van, Casarecce with Nonna’s homemade sauce, beef cheeks with polenta, freshly shaved prosciutto and so much more. The Briscola tournament was a great success, our two winners taking home the grand prize of a $4000 Tony and Marks voucher. Some event highlights were the photo booth, the foosball tables, barista made coffee and all the delicious food going around for everyone to enjoy. By conducting these fundraising events, we are able to keep our prices at a minimum to best service the community.
